Lynn H. Bush, a former assistant superintendent and principal, is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Development at Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU), Chicago, Ill. Prior to coming to NEIU, Bush served as a central office administrator in curriculum and instruction, preschool/elementary, elementary, middle school principal. Her professional career began as a middle school language arts teacher. Bush has a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois (Chicago), in curriculum and instruction, M.A in curriculum and instruction and educational leadership from Loyola University, Chicago, Ill. and a B.S.Ed. in elementary education from Drake University Des Moines, Iowa. Bush has published articles and presented nationally on school leadership topics.
