Howard Bultinck

Howard J. Bultinck, a former superintendent and
principal, is an associate professor and chair, Department of
Educational Leadership and Development, at Northeastern Illinois
University (NEIU), Chicago, Ill. Prior to coming to Northeastern,
he worked at Sunset Ridge School District #29 in Northfield, Ill.
where he served as superintendent/ principal for 24 years. Additionally
he has served as a business manager, elementary school teacher and was
Midwestern Advertising Manager for Instructor Magazine.
Howard Bultinck has a Ph.D. from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. in administration and policy studies, a post M.S. program of study in curriculum and instruction from Northwestern University, a M.S. degree in educational administration from National College of Education, Evanston, Illinois and a B.S. Ed. degree in elementary education from Northern Illinois University, De Kalb, Ill. Bultinck has published articles and presented nationally on school leadership topics.
